Scottish FA Grassroots Awards 2015

The annual Scottish FA Grassroots Awards presented by McDonald’s and the Sunday Mail aims to recognise and reward people across the country that make a difference to grassroots football in their local community. Awards will be presented at local ceremonies, ahead of a showpiece national ceremony where Scotland legend Kenny Dalglish and Scotland Manager Gordon Strachan will present the winners with their awards.

Warriors in the Community won the inaugural ‘Best Professional Club in the Community’ Award at the 2012 Grassroots Awards.

This years awards include:
- “Volunteer of the Year in Youth Football”
- “Volunteer of the Year in Schools Football”
- “Volunteer of the Year in Adults Football”
- “Volunteer of the Year in Disability Football”
- “Volunteer of the Year in Girls’/Women’s Football”
- “Best Professional Club in the Community”
- “Community Football Club of the Year”
- “Coach of the Year”

Categories relevant to Warriors in the Community are each of the “Volunteer of the Year” awards and the “Best Professional Club in the Community” award. If you feel any of our coaches or the overall programme should be nominated then please nominate at grassroots.scottishfa.co.uk.
